Returns & Exchanges

All prints are produced to order and are therefore non-returnable. As each piece is created specifically for your order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection. Please review dimensions carefully before purchasing.

As each print is produced to order, the EU statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply (Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(c); UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, Reg. 28(b)).

If your print arrives damaged in transit or has a production defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the item and its packaging. We will arrange a full replacement at no cost to you.

If you receive the wrong print or size due to our error, please contact us within 7 days and we will resolve this immediately with a replacement or full refund.

All screens display colour differently. Printed colours may vary slightly from what you see on your device — this is not considered a defect. Our prints are colour-profiled to the finest archival papers to ensure accuracy and longevity.
